Kevin and His wife Kellie live on Darkinjung Country, The Central Coast of NSW, just a quick trip on the M1 from Sydney or Newcastle.

Kev Founded New Heights in 2005 with a desire to see people and organisations having greater revelations of who they are and greater impact in what they do.
Kev has a strategic gifting in leading teams in complex settings, as well as coaching organisations through a process of gaining conviction, clarity and togetherness with their Values, Vision, Mission and Strategy. With 25+ years of leadership experience in leading multifaceted teams, Kev understands the complexity, daily challenges and demands of leadership.
He also understands how challenging it is to consistently lead yourself.
Kev is passionate about encouragement - placing courage within others. It’s natural and he can’t help it! Kev always considers it a privilege to journey with an individual or organistaion through a coaching relationship. Seeing growth and celebrating wins is always a highlight.
